Cathy arrived at Foxhall Equine in 2022 where she faced the challenges of a thriving and rapidly growing practice.  During the numerous changes, one thing remains the same, her dedication to ensuring all horses receive the highest standard of care.  Cathy oversees the day-to-day operations, from managing client relations to optimizing workflow efficiency. She excels in developing and implementing strategies to enhance veterinary care and streamline administrative processes, ensuring that our practice runs smoothly and effectively. 

Drawing from an extensive background in medical management, Cathy brings expertise in areas such as staff leadership and financial management.  She works diligently empowering our team to deliver compassionate care while building lasting relationships with clients and their horses.  Cathy understands the importance of providing comprehensive veterinary services tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient and looks forward to serving each client with their horses’ medical care and rehabilitation needs.

Having loved trail rides over the years, her passion and understanding of horses continues to expand.  Cathy grew up in Harford County where she resides with her family and Hogi, the best rescue dog ever!
